Getting started with Branchfy is simple and easy. Scroll to the top of the page and create your account. All we need your name, personal email, and a password. We ask for personal email because with you switch jobs or work email, we will not have an email address to help you reset your password in case you need it.
Once you create your account, you will need to provide your work email – which will need to verify. That will help us set up your profile. The app will automatically check if your company has added you to their account. If you are an independent professional, this step just does not apply to you.
After creating your account and profile, you can start editing your profile and virtual business card. The final step will be to download the app for iPhone or Android device, and start making connections.

If your company starts an account and add you to it, the app will automatically link your account to your organization’s account – all you will need to do is confirm that we found the correct organization.
While you are not connected to your company’s account, you will have full control over the virtual card’s layout and information. Once your account is linked to your company’s account, the layout of the card will be up to them.

If you meet someone who does not have the app, don’t worry. You can easily send your card to your new contact. If they gave you a physical card, you can snap a photo of it using the mobile app to digitize the information, and add it as a connection.

Note that the person within your organization holding the login credentials will be able to see the company-wide information. Designing custom digital business cards is simple. Using the web platform, businesses have access to Branchfy’s built-in digital card editor that lets them create and edit digital business cards. The editor gives you a lot of flexibility when designing your cards. Digital cards can be fully customized to match your organization's branding and "look-and-feel".
Sharing your digital business card with your team members is simple, all you need to do is add them to your account and select which card template you will allow them to have access to. Once your team members start their accounts, the app will automatically link them to your enterprise account.
They cannot. Your team members can control the content of information displayed in the digital business cards, but they cannot control the layout or which fields of information are available on the card. If a field of information was added to the digital card during the design process, but the information is not applicable to the employee, the app will not show that field in the digital card for that employee (e.g., a company added Instagram links to their digital card, but the employee does not have an Instagram account).
